Hey everyone.

Last Tuesday someone broke into my apartment while I was away. He destroyed my lock with a screwdriver, got in, stole my laptop, my x-box (no not a 360, the old kind you wouldn't even get 20 bucks for), 3 of my cameras and left.

I don't have a job, I dropped out of art school, I don't have a source of income, I spent weeks sending solicitation letters, trying to get a job, yet some fuck robs me.

I still feel really shitty and paranoid. My home doesn't feel like a home anymore but like a house of cards that can collapse any minute. Sometimes I feel like everything is okay, and I try to laugh at the situation, but sometimes I slip back into paranoia again. I feel like I can't trust the people walking in the street, I turn my head after every little noise, and every time a loud vehicle (like a motorcycle) passes my house it sounds like someone is drilling through the walls.

I just thought I'd share that with you all.

I haven't posted or done anything here in AGES.
I have been incredibly busy with Anusboy: The Movie, and it's going incredibly well.
I'm in fact planning to do another crowdfunding campaign for it on indiegogo, and I hope it will be more successful than the last time.

I'm pretty sure that a lot of people were starting to wonder if I was still busy with Anusboy: The Movie because I haven't regularly posted updates and stuff. But that's because I suck at keeping people up to date with my projects Y:

Now I know it's unrealistic to achieve the intended goal, but it would be cool if we could atleast get the number to be 1000.

In retrospect I think I shouldn't have asked for so much money. Before I started the indiegogo thing I haven't done much on the actual project, but as soon as I got busy with it I realized that I underestimated my abilities and could be able to finish this project with far less time/money.
Also, I'm pretty sure the big amount of money I asked scared off a lot of people and made them think I was trying to scam people into giving me 10,000 dollars.

But hey, this is the first time I tried to raise funding for a project, and it's been a very educative experience. And the money I have so far has bought me a lot of time.

ALSO: I'm planning to animate the Fleshmason's disguise as the all seeing eye of God in Stop-Motion, and using fruit toffee and other candy like materials.
So I am hereby confirming that there WILL be stop motion in this movie.
And perhaps there will be even more.

I will be using photographic textures of food a lot in this movie, especially meat and candy.

As you might know I have started an Indiegogo campaign to raise money for Anusboy: The Movie

There I will try to keep you updated about all the developments of this movie.

I have already started animating, and one of the things I've made is this little animatic for a scene i wanted to include:

Hey everyone,

I got back from my trip through North-America about two weeks ago.
Highlights were probably New York, the dinosaur themed golf park that was still under construction at Niagara Falls and afcourse Pico Day!

What isn't as cool as my trip through North America is that my computer is all messed up :/
My harddrive is being a bitch for some reason.

Also I had my first relationship, it lasted for about 3 weeks :(

So uhm.. kinda down at the moment.. trying to cheer myself up with nature documentaries and b-movies.

Also, I'm thinking about perhaps selling some art.
Not really to "make a living" or "get some extra cash" or some shit.
It's more that... it would be cool if I would be able to sell some art.. you know..
I've never really sold much of my work and would want more experience in it
And I like the idea of someone having one of my artpieces in their house and enjoying it.
That's why I'm not planning to ask a whole lot of money for it.

But I'm still kinda thinking about how I should do that.

But if you have any requests for artwork, or are just interested in having a piece of art by me in your living room, just let me know.
I'm not really planning to sell the work I already have made so far, im more interested in selling something new.

What if I would make a fancy remake of Anusboy?

One with more detail, fancy backgrounds, less laziness, and it's own soundtrack?
It would be longer, better looking, and it would include things and details I wanted to add in the original Anusboy.

I would put it on DVD and sell it and stuff, and maaaaaaaybe send it to animation festivals
To make sure you'd rather buy it as a DVD than watch it from some guy who steals it and puts it on youtube I might add fancy things like a poster or maaaaaybe even an anusboy action figure.

If I would start such a project, would you be interested in backing it up on kickstarter?
Or do you know anyone else who might?

I'm just thinking about the possibilities here, wanna be sure I don't have unrealistic expectations of it all.
I do wanna make money with animation and art soo.. yeh.. what do you think?
