When you don´t achieve the 10,000 $ goal, does that have any negative impact on the funding? I think on kickstarter you don´t get any money at all if you can´t raise enough cash.

If you reach your goal on indiegogo they will only charge you 4% of the money you collected, if you don't reach your goal it will be 9%.
But next to that you can keep the money

You should blow off all that money you raised on lottery tickets. Then hope you make $10,000 or much more; if more proceed to use all that money for a surgery to cover your, or someone's body with arses. Afterwards, raise that money all over again for a live action movie with your wonderful new actor. I am pretty sure people will definitely pledge to your Indiegogo for that!
I'll donate 10,000 dollars if you hack the KK again. And that is a binding verbal agreement.
