I immediately contacted steam and gave them the information they needed according to their support page
but it still sucks ):

and that guy removed all my friends and groups!
I got phished once aswell from one of my friends (who had gotten phished). Luckely I changed my password in time before the fucker could do anything..

My steam account is the only thing I change my password almost weekly.
Steam normally does a good job recovering them, you shouldn't have any trouble.
